Refund policy

1) Physical Products (herbal teas, gift sets, accessories, etc.)

Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be new, unused, and in its original packaging;

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used items cannot be returned.

Non-returnable items:

  • Opened or unsealed herbal teas, herbs, blends, or food products;

  • Opened wellness products (e.g., bath salts, body products);

  • Gift cards;

  • Clearance items (if applicable).

Return shipping costs:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of our error (defective or incorrect product).

Damaged product or order error:
If an item arrives damaged or if there is an error with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and include:

  • Your order number;

  • Photos of the product and packaging.

A replacement or refund will be offered depending on the situation.


2) Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to the original method of payment;

  • Processing times vary by financial institution (generally 3 to 10 business days).


3) Services, Workshops, and Appointments

(forest therapy, forest bathing, consultations, etc.)

Services and workshops are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed, except in the cases outlined below.

Rescheduling or cancellation by the client:

  • Rescheduling is possible up to 48 hours before the scheduled date, subject to availability;

  • Within 48 hours, the service is considered due.

Group workshops – minimum number of participants:
Workshops are confirmed once the minimum number of participants indicated on the product page is reached.
If this minimum is not met, we will contact you to offer:

  • A reschedule, or

  • A full refund.

Cancellation by Alex Vitalité Naturelle:
In the event of cancellation on our part (weather conditions, unforeseen circumstances, or safety reasons), you may choose between:

  • A reschedule, or

  • A full refund.
