Shipping policy

1) Shipping Areas

We ship:

  • Throughout Québec;

  • Throughout Canada.

International shipping is not available at this time.

2) Order Processing Time

Orders are prepared within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During high-volume periods (product launches, holidays, promotions), processing times may be slightly extended.

3) Delivery Time

Once the order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • Québec / Canada: 2 to 10 business days, depending on the destination and carrier.

Delivery times are provided for reference only and may vary beyond our control.

4) Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination;

  • Free shipping may be offered for orders above a minimum purchase amount, as indicated on the website at the time of purchase.

5) Services, Workshops, and Digital Products

Services, workshops, and appointments do not require shipping.
No shipping fees apply to these products.

6) Lost or Delayed Packages

Alex Vitalité Naturelle cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

7) Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address.
Alex Vitalité Naturelle cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at the time of purchase.
