2. Installation and preparation (10 min)

You are invited to lie comfortably on a massage table. The practitioner ensures your comfort with cushions and blankets if needed. The space is prepared with soothing elements such as crystals, candles, and sacred herbs. The practitioner uses Reiki to calm the mind and harmonize the body's energy, promoting a state of deep relaxation. By releasing tension and letting go, you fully open yourself to the vibration of the drum, which resonates with your being for an even deeper and more transformative experience.

3. Sound and Vibrational Journey (20 to 25 min)

The unit drum is used to produce deep and enveloping vibrations:

• The practitioner resonates the drum above your body, creating sound waves that pass through every cell.
• Deep, rhythmic sounds stimulate energy flow and promote deep relaxation.
• The vibrations of the drum can awaken images, emotions or deep sensations, like an "inner journey".

4. Integration and returning to oneself (10 to 15 min)

After the treatment, a moment of silence and reflection is offered to integrate the benefits of the session. The practitioner will guide you gently back to reality and may share observations or recommendations to prolong the effects of the treatment.
