The forest therapy workshop is a gentle, guided immersion in nature to explore the benefits of trees and forests. This workshop offers a moment of relaxation and reconnection, while discovering various practices inspired by ancestral "forest bathing."

An immersive experience in nature to slow down, breathe and refocus.
The workshop begins with a welcome and an introduction to the benefits of forest therapy and mindfulness in the forest.
This is followed by a guided sensory walk , focused on breathing, listening and awakening the senses.
Participants then experience a moment of connection with trees through gentle practices: mindful presence, guided meditation and immersive listening.
The experience concludes with a short circle of sharing and grounding , in order to integrate the benefits and leave feeling peaceful.

A profound experience of reconnection, grounding and letting go in nature.
The workshop begins with a welcome and conscious preparation , followed by a sensory meditative walk in the forest.
Participants are then invited to experience a connection with the trees through grounding, breathing and presence practices.
The experience continues with a guided meditation accompanied by a drum sound bath , promoting deep relaxation.
A circle of sharing and closing allows for the integration of feelings and the extension of benefits into daily life.
