Allergens

Contains Asteraceae (chamomile) – caution is advised for those allergic to ragweed, echinacea, daisy, or dandelion. Lamiaceae (lavender, lemon balm, holy basil) – caution is advised for those sensitive to aromatic herbs (culinary basil, oregano, mint, sage, rosemary). Passionflower (Passifloraceae) – not very allergenic, but may increase drowsiness or interact with sedatives.

May contain traces of nuts, seeds or pollen (produced in a non-exclusive workshop).

Precautions

Do not use in children under 12 years of age. Not recommended during pregnancy (passionflower and holy basil). May interact with certain medications: anxiolytics, antidepressants, anticoagulants.

Calming effect that may increase drowsiness (avoid driving after use). Keep out of reach of children. Store herbal teas in a dry place, away from light.
