Benefits
Benefits
Profound anti-inflammatory: nettle and ginger are known to reduce markers of inflammation thanks to their active compounds (formic acid,
gingerols), helping to alleviate chronic pain and stiffness
joint.
Draining and remineralizing: nettle is a plant rich in minerals (silica, calcium, magnesium) that supports the body's detoxification while nourishing connective tissues. Raspberry helps balance water metabolism.
Relieves joint pain: Blackcurrant leaves, rich in flavonoids and proanthocyanidins, possess anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties that relieve pain associated with osteoarthritis or rheumatism. Fennel acts as an antispasmodic and carminative, reducing digestive discomfort associated with chronic pain.
Improves joint flexibility: The combined action of anti-inflammatory and remineralizing plants promotes mobility, cartilage regeneration, and better joint lubrication.
