Ingredients

Nettle (urtica dioica) , Raspberry (rubus idaeus) , Ginger (zingiber officinale) , Anise seed (pimpinella anisum) , Blackcurrant (ribes nigrum)

This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any disease. Consult a healthcare professional before using any herbs for wellness purposes.

Benefits

Profound anti-inflammatory: nettle and ginger are known to reduce markers of inflammation thanks to their active compounds (formic acid,
gingerols), helping to alleviate chronic pain and stiffness
joint.

Draining and remineralizing: nettle is a plant rich in minerals (silica, calcium, magnesium) that supports the body's detoxification while nourishing connective tissues. Raspberry helps balance water metabolism.

Relieves joint pain: Blackcurrant leaves, rich in flavonoids and proanthocyanidins, possess anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties that relieve pain associated with osteoarthritis or rheumatism. Fennel acts as an antispasmodic and carminative, reducing digestive discomfort associated with chronic pain.

Improves joint flexibility: The combined action of anti-inflammatory and remineralizing plants promotes mobility, cartilage regeneration, and better joint lubrication.

Allergens

Contains Urticaceae (nettle) – safe as an infusion, but should be mentioned. Rosaceae (raspberry) – avoid if allergic to fruits of the same family (apple, strawberry, pear). Zingiberaceae (ginger) – may irritate sensitive digestive mucous membranes. Grossulariaceae (blackcurrant) – rarely an allergen, but should be noted in cases of severe sensitivity. Apiaceae (anise) – use with caution if allergic to celery, carrot, or parsley.

May contain traces of nuts, seeds or pollen (produced in a non-exclusive workshop).

Precautions

Not recommended during pregnancy (ginger, blackcurrant). Consult a doctor if you are taking anticoagulant or anti-inflammatory medication. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Discontinue use if irritation or adverse effects occur. Keep out of reach of children. Store herbal teas in a dry place, away from light.
